The staff are great! Friendly processional people. Beautiful office, nice location! Dr. Markham is easygoing, so you feel comfortable.

All the staff here has been nice and respectful to me. That’s why it’s not 1 star. About a year ago Dr. Markham recommended a procedure to address gum recession on a single tooth. I was there for at least two hours and had to come in several more times to get it checked up. At one point when scheduling the next appointment the doctor made it seem he was doing me a favor coming in on his day off. As if it was my fault the procedure didn’t go well. Also, while drawing my blood the person got distracted and blood dripped out and onto my clothes. Mid procedure Dr. Markham started talking to his assistant and walked away. The anesthesia wore off while sewing me up the second time after he failed to the first time. He tried 3 times before giving up and trying a different strategy. It was not pleasant. ALL THAT BEING SAID, they said it was moderately successful having recovered at least 1-2mm so I decided not to make a big deal. At least I got it over with. I’ve since switched dentists who told me that it was not at all successful and referred me to someone else to get the gum graft. I’m leaving this review because this second experience went so smoothly I realized truly what a poor expe

I always look forward to my dental appointments. From the moment I walk in the door Jacqueline cheerfully greets me and believe it or not I enjoy my cleanings with my hygienist Jessica who excels @ her job & is a total joy. Dr. Markham is not only the best dentist I’ve ever had but a wonderful family man! The office is gorgeous as are the people in it!

This was my first visit to Puget Sound Dental Wellness. I was so impressed with the staff. Jessica was great and did a fantastic job and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Markham was very informative and professional. The entire office is modern and very clean. Overall a great experience.

Over the past 3 months i have had to get multiple fillings, caps, and a whole root canal done. I was crazy scared of the dentist and each visit would stress me out super hard. But after these 3 months, i can safely say that my fear of the dentist office is gone and my teeth have never been better. It was all thanks to the front staff Jackie and Elizabeth keeping me company before my visits, dr.Markham for his incredible work during the visits, and most of all dental assistant Kealany who was amazing at both helping me through my dental anxiety, and all of the procedures that she either assisted in/fully facilitated. This staff is amazing :)
